I was hoping for a good laugh from this obviously "below B" movie from Hollywood's golden age. Unfortunately the transfer is so abysmal, the sound quality is so bad, that I might have been watching a documentary about manatees, for all I know.
One thing I do know, however, was that one
of the lead manatees was Glenda Farrell...a fact that seems to be conspicuously missing from the cover of the DVD. That would have been a plus, by the way....as she always adds a great degree of snap to whatever she's in. If only one could hear what she was being snappy about....
